Who are you without reference to past, to any past in you? Who are you without reference to any future? For a moment, there's no need to remember anything— your email address, your unhappy childhood, whatever, or your wonderful childhood, whatever, nothing. You've just arrived here. Who or what are you? By the way, don't, don't look for an answer on the level of thinking. When I ask, who are you without the past? The answer is not to be found on the level of thinking. What is left of you without reference to any past or future? And don't think about it. What does it feel like To be I without any memory or anticipation? Is there, is there an inherent sense of something that you cannot define or name right now without reference to past? You no longer know who or what you are, but You know that you are I Am. You don't know who or what you are because that's all thought activity. But more fundamentally and deeper, you know that I Am.
