Dr. Tabatha Barber describes a prayer practice where she visualizes Jesus with outstretched arms, inviting her into his embrace. She experiences it as falling into safety and love, like a child held by a parent, and frames it as a reminder of divine presence and healing.

  1. He is calling you and saying, daughter, just come, come, you know, come. When I pray, I, you know, I try to close my eyes and I try to picture Jesus with his arms extended, and I feel myself just falling into his arms, you know, like we did when we were babies, you know, with our parents or grandparents or whatever. But just this image of Jesus just saying, come, you know, you— I'm here, I'm here. He wants us. He wants you.
