Believing that it's all your fault when it comes to high-risk HPV virus is one of the most damaging myths that I hear from women, and it carries a lot of shame. So I want you to know that it's not your fault. You're human, humans have sex, and humans get exposed to high-risk HPV virus. Just because you're exposed doesn't mean that you're gonna test positive for the rest of your life, because the human immune system has the capacity to clear HPV to negative and prevent it from coming back again. So if you're testing positive for high-risk HPV, what we need to do is figure out what we can do to support your body to clear it successfully. And when you find yourself in that loop of wishing you knew when you were exposed and blaming yourself for having this happen, then I want you to try to remember to come back to your body and feel grateful for your body's capacity to help you clear this virus and to give yourself the self-love and compassion that's gonna help you heal. If you'd like to learn more about my approach to helping you to clear HPV to negative, then I'd be happy to send you my free HPV recovery guide, just comment guide down below and I'll send you the link.
