Dr. Doni Wilson challenges the "wait and see" approach to high-risk HPV, arguing that doctors monitor for abnormality but can't help you clear the virus. She says the body can clear HPV with proper support and that she's helped thousands of women become HPV-negative and avoid surgery.

  1. All you can do is wait and see if it gets worse? That's the biggest myth I hear about high-risk HPV virus, and today I'm going to bust that myth. Because most all of us are exposed to HPV virus at some point in our lives, it's incredibly common, but not everyone is going to test positive. So when your doctor says wait and come back and see if it gets worse, they're actually doing what they're trained to do, which is to monitor for abnormal cells and the potential need for a procedure or a surgery. They're not trained to help prevent it from progressing, and they're not trained to help you clear it from your body. That's not their fault, that's just their training. But to me, doing nothing while we wait to see if it progresses is like gambling with a virus. Why would we do that? Why would we wait for it to get worse? That's leaving the window open for it to progress. I believe you deserve better. You deserve support and access to information and tools to help you change this situation instead of doing nothing During that time, you can actually start making changes to help your body to clear the virus to negative and prevent abnormal cells and cancer. Your body has the ability to protect you from HPV. It just needs the right support. I'm happy to show you exactly what I've seen help thousands of women to clear HPV to negative and prevent the need for surgery and prevent cancer.
