It is so hard to know how to be well, do well, with all the information on social media about ingredients, about different companies. It's so confusing. What can you do? I'm gonna give you 5 steps to ease your concerns and worries about what's going on in the world. Buy organic whenever possible. Organic food does not contain glyphosates. The human body can detox glyphosates when it is in a low-tox environment. Eat less than 24 grams of sugar a day if you're over the age of 2 years old. Less sugar in the diet leads the liver to detoxify the body from heavy metals and other undesirables. Eat at least 13 plant points a day. Plants contain fiber. The more fiber in your diet, the easier it is to detoxify. A lot of plants contain vitamin C, like peppers and strawberries and oranges, an amazing detoxifier. What about Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and broccoli? They contain sulfur, which turns to glutathione, which helps the liver detoxify the body from heavy metals and others nasty. 4. Vary the diet. If you eat the same food over and over again and there is an undesirable like arsenic in it, well, the toxic load in the body increases. But if you have said food only once a week, the body is able to get rid of it with no problem. 5. Filter your water. Drink water. Stop buying gimmicky drinks from companies that are trying to make a dollar off of you.
