Dr. Ana-Maria Temple, a pediatrician, shares her daily eating routine. Her morning smoothie has 24 plant-based ingredients including chia seeds and hemp hearts. She eats leftovers for lunch and cooks dinner six nights a week, rotating between soups, grilled dishes, and Instant-Pot meals.

  1. My diet consists of, in the morning I start with a smoothie that is filled with about 24 different plant points, including chia seeds, hemp hearts, local organic honey. I have organic protein that is plant-based, collagen powder to get my day started on the right foot. At lunch, I usually have leftovers from dinner, and those usually consist with a protein, a fat, and maybe 5 to 6 different vegetables. Every night at dinner, we cook in 6 out of 7 nights a week, which includes between soups, grilling, Instant Pot, proteins, fats, And veggies.
