I'm Dickie Bush, co-founder of Ship 30 for 30. I help people build a daily writing habit and turn their writing into a business.

I was a hedge fund trader at BlackRock when I noticed the people with the most sway wrote the best emails. I couldn't write, so I started a weekly newsletter. In November 2020 I tweeted asking if anyone wanted to join my next 30-day writing challenge. That Slack group became Ship 30, and in 2022 I left Wall Street to build it full time.
