Policy describing the Sherpa Bonus: paid to Agency Owners (owner contract level 105+) and appropriate uplines to the first 130 when a pro track producer earns a raise through personal production that places them at the same contract level (or higher) as the Agency Owner. The bonus is paid proportionally to the Agency Owner and uplines; the available spread ranges from 10% to 25% depending on the producer's contract level. The pro track producer is placed direct to the first 130 and the Sherpa Bonus is paid by the 130 receiving overrides. It is based on the producer's personal production (except grandfathered Agency Owners who are bonused on total agency production). The Sherpa Bonus ends when the Agency Owner regains a 5% spread or the producer moves to the builder track.
