Bob Quinn

Bob Quinn holds a Ph.D. in plant biochemistry and grew up on a Montana wheat farm before moving to organic farming in the 1980s. Quinn farmed 4,000 acres, organic for 30 years, and introduced and trademarked Kamut, an ancient wheat variety.

Quinn founded the Quinn Institute and co-wrote Grain by Grain. Ask about ancient grains, regenerative organic research, or food as medicine.
