Presentation (THE ADAPT Dynamic Governance Blueprint) by Betsy Q. Tong and Peter Swain describing the ADAPT framework for dynamic AI governance. It reframes shadow AI as a source of competitive advantage by recommending operational structures (AOCC, pods/predictive ‘activators’), trigger-driven adaptive policies, forensic risk intelligence, metrics (e.g., shadow-to-sanctioned velocity, risk-to-value ratio), and cultural mechanisms (workshops, gamification). Includes a 12-week implementation timeline and a biotech case study with measurable outcomes demonstrating productivity, compliance, and cost-savings.
