About
I am an Environmental Science and Management graduate from Tanzania, passionate about climate action, environmental sustainability, waste management, and women’s empowerment. My work focuses on finding practical solutions to environmental challenges while creating opportunities for communities to improve their livelihoods.
I am the founder of Funguo ya Binti, a women-focused climate action initiative that aims to transform organic waste into valuable products such as compost and agricultural briquettes while supporting women’s skills development and economic independence. Through this initiative, I hope to build a sustainable social enterprise that combines environmental impact with income-generating opportunities for women.
I am also committed to environmental education, community engagement, and youth participation in sustainable development. I want to strengthen my leadership and entrepreneurial skills, build meaningful partnerships, and develop solutions that can grow beyond small-scale projects to create lasting social and environmental impact.
