I lead engineering at Uber, where my team applies machine learning and agentic AI to personalization across Uber's products. Before Uber, I spent years at Amazon leading two distinct teams: one building large-scale recommendation systems for e-commerce, another focused on fraud and abuse prevention across Amazon's marketplace. I received the Door Desk Award for my work there. Earlier in my career I spent time in management consulting at EY.
