This paper (Yang et al., 2024) proposes an integrated MILP-based resilience enhancement methodology for interdependent power-water systems (PWS). It models component-level interdependencies (power consumption by pumps/treatment and bidirectional demand coupling), coordinates mobile distributed generators (MDGs), high-proportional renewables (HPR), and network reconfiguration to minimize unsupplied power and water loads under damage. Nonlinearities are linearized/convexified to yield a solvable MILP. A 33-bus/25-node benchmark case (24‑hour horizon) demonstrates MDG placement, topology reconfiguration, and HPR coordination yielding monetary cost reductions versus baseline methods.
