Adam Spector

I'm Adam Spector, founder and CEO of Chore, the back-office operations team for startups. We run HR, finance, compliance and equity so founders can focus on building. I'm a four-time founder, I've invested in over 200 startups, and I host the Entrepreneurial Excellence podcast.

At every company I started, I was the business guy stuck doing the back-office work, rebuilding the same playbook for hiring, onboarding, compliance and equity. That felt insane. So in 2020 I co-founded AbstractOps with Hari Raghavan, and in late 2022 we spun out a seven-person services team as Levy, now Chore.

Ask me about getting founders out of admin work.
